Johnson Controls is a multinational conglomerate that produces control panels for electronics and HVAC equipment. The 200,000 Tampa manufacturing facility required full MEP design work including replacement of existing packaged rooftop air-conditioning units, full airside or ductwork replacement along with fabric ductwork in production zones. Electrical design including new lighting, electrical distribution modifications to service new HVAC systems, and electrical modifications for the manufacturing production equipment. Plumbing design included sanitary sewer systems, domestic water piping, gas piping for production gases (oxygen, natural gas) and process piping of compressed air for manufacturing production.
