Six-story, 207,000 SF project for Moffitt Cancer Center, includes a retail pharmacy, radiology services, patient library, and an arts and medicine center. The 2nd & 3rd floors will have an ambulatory surgery, breast clinic, breast imaging services. The 4th & 5th floors will have a cutaneous clinic, faculty offices, infusion rooms, a clinical research unit, and a pharmacy.

Carastro & Associates was responsible for the design of the HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection services for this state of the art facility. Specialized air handling units for surgical areas and onsite generator for complete building backup.
